Writing-on-Stone Provincial Park

An internationally recognized heritage site, Writing on Stone Provincial Park is characterized as having a unique environment of sandstone formations and natural grasslands.  In addition to this, the site has an abundance of petroglyphs and petrographs covering the sandstone cliffs. 

Consulting services provided to Alberta Community Development for:

• Upgrade of the existing campsite and day use area
• Development of Archaeological trails
• Development of public access trails through the Hoodoo formations 
• Development of the Interpretive Centre trail
